These outdoor wind sculptures are good for all weather conditions and up to 60 mph winds. They are made with stainless steel sealed ball-bearings, so there is NO oiling or lubing required. All the surfaces are concave or convex, so water will not pool to slow them down or freeze. Either a plate for deck mounting or a fixture to cement into a post hole in the ground are included with a purchase. Pole heights can be custom sized at time of order.
